  • Why should I hire a wedding coordinator?
    Take it from me. I even hired a Day Of wedding coordinator for my wedding. You will want someone who is truly able to focus on everything behind the scenes, so you can focus on what is most important.
  • Would you ever have more than one wedding a day?
    No never. Once someone books their date with me, that date is officially removed from my calendar and no other events will be booked for the same date. My plan is to be focused on you and you only on your wedding day. You deserve undivided attention.
  • Would you do a wedding outside of Indianapolis?
    The answer is absolutely yes... within reason. I generally will travel throughout the state on Indiana for a wedding. If your wedding would take me somewhere else, I cannot promise I would be the best fit.
  • What if our venue has a wedding coordinator?
    Venue wedding coordinator are an amazing additional asset to have available. However, they generally will help only coordinate aspects of the wedding that affect the venue. A personal wedding coordinator can help you throughout the entire process. From start to finish.
  • When should I hire a wedding coordinator?
    It truly depends. The reason I offer several differene packages is becaues each couple needs help at different times of their wedding planning. I would suggest, for anyone that is not looking for assistance with the entire process, should hire a wedding coordinator no later than 6 months out. At least to save your date on their calendar.
  • Do we have to pay in-full at the time of booking?
    No. I am flexible. I will require a deposit in order to save your date, but we can work on a payment structure that works for you.
  • What if I need help with something that is not listed on your services?
    Let's chat. Additional services are available for an addition charge that would be added to you overall cost. If I am capable, I will be happy to take on additional responsibilites.
  • What type of ceremonies do you help with?
    Religious, non-religious, in a church or outside... I am ready to help create the wedding ceremony that means the most to you and your partner.
